Indian Knowledge System

Since its introduction in 2023, the college has been integrating the concepts of Indian Knowledge Systems through academic activities, expert lectures, seminars, workshops, and cultural programmes. The initiative encourages students to appreciate India’s contributions in diverse fields such as literature, philosophy, science, health, and environmental sustainability. By blending traditional knowledge with modern education, the college aims to promote holistic learning and value-based education among students

The study of Indian Knowledge Systems also contributes significantly to students’ career development and competitive examination preparation. Knowledge of India’s history, culture, philosophy, scientific achievements, governance traditions, and constitutional values is frequently reflected in examinations such as UPSC, MPSC, NET/SET, SSC, and other state and central government recruitment tests. Furthermore, IKS enhances critical thinking, ethical reasoning, cultural awareness, and communication skills, enabling students to become well-informed professionals and responsible citizens. The interdisciplinary nature of IKS opens opportunities in education, research, cultural studies, heritage management, public administration, and related fields.
