Thim College Student Guidelines

  1. Students are encouraged to develop and maintain high moral standards and strong values in their personal and academic lives. Active involvement in the intellectual, ethical, cultural, and social activities of the college is expected.
  2. The college day begins with a morning assembly, which all students are required to attend with respect and sincerity.
  3. Every student should strive to maintain self-respect and uphold good conduct in interactions with faculty, staff, and visitors.
  4. Proper discipline and appropriate behaviour are expected from students during events held in the auditorium or at any other venue.
  5. Students must treat college property with respect and use it responsibly.
  6. No gathering or event may be organized on campus without prior approval from the Principal.
  7. Students must be in their classrooms by the time of the second bell and should remain silent until the lecturer arrives.
  8. It is the responsibility of each student to check the college notice board daily for important updates.
  9. Cleanliness of the college campus must be maintained. Dustbins should be used properly for disposing of waste.
  10. Any correspondence addressed to the Principal must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for a reply.
  11. Outstanding hostel dues will be considered as pending college fees.
  12. Day scholars are not permitted to meet visitors within the college premises during official hours.
  13. The use or possession of mobile phones on campus is strictly prohibited in accordance with government regulation.
